Digital Bullet
AI infrastructure. Intelligent systems. Assets built for the next generation of digital environments. We don't prototype futures — we ship them.
We're a small team that does precise things exceptionally well. No bloated retainers. No hand-wavy decks. We build infrastructure, sell assets, and deploy intelligence — sometimes all three at once.
AI strategy, systems architecture, design, and team enablement. From scoping to shipping — with or without your existing team.
View Services →3D assets, Unity packs, and digital components — the same quality we use internally, available for your project.

Get Early Access →Some clients need a team to build infrastructure from the ground up. Some need a senior engineer embedded for six months. Some just need someone who actually knows what they're talking about, available when a question comes up. We do all of it.
You don't need a project. You need access to someone who's seen it before and can tell you in thirty minutes what would take your team three weeks to figure out. Buy a block of hours. Use them as needed.
Architecture questions. Infrastructure decisions. AI readiness. Vendor evaluation. The "should we build or buy" call you keep pushing back.
Org readiness. AI adoption planning. Change management sense-checking. Helping leadership understand what they're actually buying into.
Something's broken. Or something's slow. Or something is technically working but you know it shouldn't be running like that. You need it fixed — not a six-month engagement to explain why it broke.
You need cloud infrastructure that works — not an AI strategy, not a transformation programme. Just solid, well-architected systems built by someone who's done it at scale.
You have a team. You have a direction. What you're missing is a senior technical hand who can slot in, get up to speed fast, and execute without needing to be managed.
You have AI capability — or you're about to. What you need is someone who can translate it for your organization, train your people, and make adoption stick.
You need someone who can architect your AI infrastructure, build it, and hand it off properly documented. No strategy theatre — just systems that work at scale.
You need the whole picture — technical build, design, and adoption running in parallel, not sequentially. The full team, all three tracks, from start to finish.
You have a specific thing to build. We scope it, staff it, and lead it — pulling from our network of specialists to deliver exactly what the project requires.
Co-architected Continuo — a vendor-agnostic AI orchestration platform for regulated clinical environments. Zero data persistence. HIPAA-aligned.
Designed and operated global MMO infrastructure at Amazon Games. $1.8M annual savings through automated resource optimisation.
Custom hardware, real-time rendering, and conversational AI — built from scratch in-house. Commercial demo in progress.
These aren't catalogue assets. Every pack in the DBS marketplace was built for our own projects — the same quality standards we apply when we're the client. Available individually or in packs.

Project Ainya
Every other system ships with an identity baked in — a name, a voice, an aesthetic someone else chose. Ainya is a world. The companions that inhabit it are yours to define, discover, or build from scratch.
No closed boxes. No forced upgrades. No single identity shipped in a box and called finished.
Runs on hardware you already own. The holographic display is optional — and if you want to build your own, the files are free.
Ainya isn't a character you buy. It's the gateway to the companions you create.
No spam. One email when we're ready to show you.
Any spare mobile hardware. The holographic display is an optional add-on — sold here, or print your own. Files are free.
Customizable personalities, voices, and aesthetics. A creator marketplace for those who want to build, share, or discover something new.
In progress. Investor and early partner presentations by invitation.
Digital Bullet exists because the gap between what AI can do and what organizations actually adopt is enormous — and expensive. We build the infrastructure and we build the readiness. Sometimes that's the same project.
25+ years building infrastructure that survives contact with reality — from enterprise cloud systems to, more recently, the AI pipelines running on top of them. Credits include Lost Ark, one of the largest MMO launches in history, where his systems held at 1.3M concurrent players. Most recently: HIPAA-compliant clinical AI orchestration for a healthcare platform where failure isn't an option.
When he's not on a client engagement, he's in the lab. Current projects include a 6-machine distributed GPU cluster for local LLM orchestration and Ainya, a holographic AI system built from custom hardware up.

25+ years integrating emerging technology into industries that can't afford to get it wrong — energy, real estate, non-profit, manufacturing, education, SaaS, clinical AI. The compliance requirements change. The resistance to change doesn't. Neither does the work: figure out what the technology actually does, figure out what the humans actually need, and build the bridge between them in a language both sides trust.
At DBS, that's the COO function. It's also what she delivers for clients — human-centered technology integration that holds up after the consultants leave.

10+ years working across design, athletics, and digital product development. Started in product and graphic design at Lehigh University, then spent a decade coaching at every level from NCAA track and field to global on-demand fitness platforms before bringing that same discipline to UX/UI.
Designs telehealth interfaces at VCare Companion. Built a digital curriculum platform that reached 10,000+ athletes. Codes his own portfolio in Angular. Thinks in systems, ships in Figma, and prototypes in code when the situation calls for it.
At DBS, that means design work grounded in real-world experience, motion that serves the product, and UI that respects the user's time.

Justin has been closing deals at companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile for long enough that "no" functions more as a starting point than an answer. He has an almost supernatural ability to understand what a client actually needs — which is occasionally different from what they asked for — and to make the whole conversation feel easy regardless.
Originally from the west bank of New Orleans, which explains both the warmth and the persistence.

Baden has been writing about games, tech, and the industry around them for over a decade at Wolf's Gaming Blog — long enough that he was doing independent games media before "content creator" was a job title. His work is direct, opinionated, and occasionally brutal, which makes him unusually good at cutting through noise and saying what something actually is.
At DBS, he keeps the voice consistent across channels and makes sure what we publish sounds like actual humans wrote it.
